I had an excellent experience with Brittani at Vision Works in Tukwila. I originally went to Costco for an eye exam but decided to purchase glasses elsewhere because the optical department there felt very loud, busy, and poorly lit, which made it difficult to focus and properly see how frames looked. Choosing the right glasses is important, and I needed a quieter space where I could actually hear and communicate clearly. When I visited Vision Works, Brittani was available to help me. My sister had worked with her previously and highly recommended her, so I felt confident right away. Brittani encouraged me to try on several frames, including both professional and fun styles. What I truly appreciated was her honesty she clearly told me which frames worked for my face and which did not. We narrowed it down from about ten pairs to two. Brittani took the time to explain what the measurements on the glasses meant, gave me thoughtful options, and never pressured me into unnecessary add-ons. Her approach was down-to-earth, professional, and knowledgeable. I ended up choosing both a business pair and a fun pair, and I'm extremely excited about my selection. I brought in my prescription from another location with no issues. Brittani clearly knows what she's doing and is very knowledgeable when it comes to eye care and frame selection even if you're unsure of what looks best on you. I highly recommend seeing Brittani at Vision Works in Tukwila. My sister referred me to her, and I will absolutely be passing that referral on to my family, friends, and clients. So much to choose from!

Was greeted immediately upon entering the store by Emma who was very friendly. Dr. Singh has a wonderful personality and so down to earth. All of my questions were answered and the selection they offer was quite vast. My coworker recommended this location and I'm so glad I made the appointment. By the way love the ability to make eye exam appointments right from my phone, well done Visionworks!!!

I went in to the Visionworks Tukwila for my eyes to be checked last week. Dr Singh checked my eyes thoroughly and explained everything I needed to understand and know. She explained after examining the images of my eyes that I needed a procedure done to the eyes. She explained the reason and the importance of it to be taken care of as soon as possible. The store manager Sara was so delight to meet with too. She was very helpful and friendly with whatever I needed to be taken care of that day. The technician who took the images of eyes and all that necessary work before Dr. Singh saw me was very polite and helpful as well My whole experience at the Visionworks Tukwila was awesome and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a place to have their eyes checked to go see Dr. Singh and find out for yourself. You will be happy with your experiences as well.

What a great experience! Dr Singh was informative and a joy to work with. Also Emma and Sara were amazing helping me order my new glasses! Hands down the best experience at the eye doctors!

I went in for an Eye exam. The process was quick and easy. I the picked out frames that had a price tag on them of $249.99. I then paid for them, and while in the parking lot noticed that I was charged $50 more for them than what the price tag said. I immediately went back to the store to ask about it. I was given two different answers, one which they said the price must have just changed. Another lady with long grey hair then told me they just updated their inventory today and that was the price and there was nothing they could do about it. After further discussion with this lady and me expressing my disappointment in her reply, she then offered to refund my purchase, to which I did. There were no words of anger or heated discussion during the encounter, just a lack of customer service and curiosity on how to make it right. The lack of customer service and refusal to even investigate then further solidifying the experience with, "Sorry, can't help you" lost them a forever customer, and I will be letting the 800 people I work with which all work right down the street never to set foot in this establishment or support this business for their eye care.

Was there to get my first time vision exams ever they were very helpful and efficient at the beginning but probably because they're were about to close you could tell they were rushing me out. Only one lady who was cleaning and fixing the chairs she was the one who was telling the young females what to do and they did not like it you could tell anyway because I felt the vibe I went home and didn't even order my second pair for free.

Friendly, on time, smooth process. Went into get an eye exam for contact lenses, 10/27/2025. Out the door in less than one hour, with all questions answered and with 2 different brands' trial contact lenses to choose from, per Dr. Singh's thoughtful accommodation.

I had an excellent experience with Visionworks' warranty process for my broken glasses. Sara provided exemplary customer service. She was clear explaining the warranty details and my insurance options since my prescription had expired since I purchased my pair of glasses. She made efforts to accommodate my work schedule to fit me for an appointment with the optometrist on short notice. My appointment with the optometrist was thorough and I felt my vision needs were met. Visionworks' professionalism and accommodations was refreshing and it made this process very easy. I highly recommend them for their customer service and will return as a loyal customer.
