Excellent Eye Doctors and practice. I had something in my eye that was scratching my eye. I called them, and they were nice enough to see me almost immediately. Not many doctors, let alone eye practitioners would do that for a patient. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Excellent patient care. I would recommend them to anyone in the Tri-State area. A+ A+ A+

I've been a patient at Bailey Eye care for over a decade. I've seen lots of changes with the new wing of their building! The thing that hasn't changed is the quality of care. Every time I go, I am treated with respect and kindly. The entire staff is professional and makes you feel important. The doctors all take wonderful care of you. I've had my children and myself be patients here. They also offer the Neurolenses, which are life savers for me. Thank you Bailey Eye Care, for looking out for my eyes.

They were timely, well equipped with the latest tech, and my appointment was not rushed in any way. All of my concerns and questions were answered. It was a refreshing experience and I highly recommend Bailey Eye Care.

Hard to get an appointment. They're don't call back. They don't text when glasses are ready. Wait 4 to 5 weeks for glasses and this time had the wrong frames come in so now I have to wait again. Front staff is usually rude.

They bait and switched me on the quoted price for a routine eye exam. Apparently it costs $179 if you're uninsured, and over $250 if you're insured. Save yourself some money and go somewhere more in touch with the local going rate for these types of services. I definitely shouldn't be paying a premium rate after waiting over 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen.

I cannot say anything bad about Bailey Eye Care. My four year old has severe autism and is non verbal. This has made eye exams a nightmare up until May 2024, no eye center was able to exam her. A nurse at her doctor's office told us about Bailey Eye Care and Dr. Campbell. After a quick call and explaining our situation Dr. Campbell agreed to take us on a new patient. She told us specific days and times to pick for the appointment. This is because the lobby would be less crowded there for less overwhelming for my daughter. When we got here all the staff was wonderful with my daughter. They didn't get upset when she grabbed items off the desk or start to scream due to being anxious. Dr. Campbell also made sure the room we were in had the radio turned off, and the lights dim. She was excellent when examining her. Dr. Campbell was patient and understanding when she was kicked during the exam. She was so great I switched my other two daughters to her. Once we got to the eye glass portion of the exam my daughter was done, so she started to melt down in the lobby. All the staff was understanding and even accommodated the way they measured her eyes to make it easier on her. If you have a child that is on the spectrum, Bailey Eye Care and Dr. Campbell are a must.

I did not have a good experience. Be aware that they might accept your insurance, but the out of pocket may be much higher than other places. Even though they accepted my insurance, I payed substantially higher out of pocket than at my previous doctor. In addition to higher out of pocket costs, I had to wait nearly an hour for my eye exam, and there was little communication between staff. Subsequently, when I needed answers, there was an additional long wait. Finally, I felt the lady that went over contact prices and choices with me was abrasive and a little rude, which certainly did not add to the experience and encouraged me to purchase elsewhere. Overall, I can't recommend them. The only reason I did not give them one star is because the doctor was friendly, and they did answer my texts in a timely fashion.

So not only have I been here the entire time I was growing up, but I needed a second opinion after moving to Florida. I came back here and they did tons of tests, and we found out my eyes were burning with contacts, prescribed me contacts that help with my dry eye, and really treated me like they always have: very valued and that they care. They then gave me a 10 day contact trials to try out for the rest of my visit and also faxed my prescription to Florida so I can get contacts and glasses there. Amazing, wonderful people and place. They also fit me in last minutes notice. Still my favorite eye place I've ever been to. Thank you so so much for helping me! <3
