The dr was good and thorough. The staff sucked. Couldn't get any help picking glasses. I guess u have to be a man to get service. No good selection of frames. I Won't be back.

I wasn't even about to go there after the guy that called to remind me of my appointment was rude as hell & made a smart ass remark when I asked what the name of the place was called to make sure I knew where it was. He said "I don't know I'm not the one who made the appointment" like fr? I'm surprised I could understand that part cus when he first called he sounded drunk and I couldn't understand a word he said so I asked him to repeat all what he said & he continued to speak really fast & all blurred together. He wasn't making any sense. All I could make out was when he said 4:30pm. So I said just cancel the appt cus with that type of disrespect already I knew I couldn't trust anyone there with my eye sight. So might wanna get someone else to do that job cus he def sounded miserable & hateful. That will not keep business.

I only went to pick out some new glasses, as I already had a prescription. Staff was very friendly and professional. I had an overall pleasant experience here and even when I had an issue with my frames needing adjusted a few weeks after I had them made, they were able to get it taken care of quickly. I will definitely be returning when I need new glasses.

The eye doctor told me evey one my age has cateracks. He also told me the only thing that can change my vision from day to day is diabetes, it is the tumor on my spinal cord is what changes my vision. The man wanted to argue with me about his viewpoint. Every eye doc I have had told me it was the tumor and had a machine that took a picture of my eye to check for cateracks and I was negative. The lady who had the appointment before me arrived at my appointment time and he took her first

The doctor made several weird comments, made racist jokes and didn't clean the equipment prior to use. The staff was kind and helpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be going back.

Way better than Bailey! They're very friendly and didn't try to sell me their products. Gave me my prescription and that was it. Obviously they can sell me contacts as well but there was no pressure. Also they were cheaper than Bailey. Definitely go here!
