The customer service people and Visionworks at the Barboursville Mall in Huntington West Virginia, are always very professional and nice. And the quality of the eyeglasses/lenses is so much better than other places I've been. They hard bake on the coating on the lenses whereas other places that I have been just dip the lenses in the coating, and the lenses at the other places maybe last 6 months and then start peeling. But it Vision Works the lenses last indefinitely, I have yet to have any of my glasses from there go bad on me.
