I would give them 0 stars if that were an option. Can't get my prescription, no one returns phone calls. Paid for my sons contacts and after more than a month and a week and a half of calling I went to the office to see if they were in. Still have never gotten my contact prescription or prescription for glasses. I keep getting a prescription for multi focal contacts, which I DO NOT want. I prefer to use reading glasses when I need them. This place is the worst. I will not be going back, my children will not be going back and my husband will not be going back. HUGE waste of money and time. And it will be a lot of time waiting for the appointment you scheduled months earlier to actually begin.

Very friendly when you're new. After that they are just like used car salesmen. It's like pulling teeth getting a prescription. They just want you to buy only from them. They don't really care about their patients. And after a year you have to have another $225 appointment. Also they didn't listen. I told them my contacts weren't comfortable and they just told me I'd have to get used to them. Definitely go to Sturgeons. He's a little odd but he listens and doesn't treat you like a used car salesman would. He also listens.

Everything Aimee stated happened to me concerning my child's order. I never leave reviews, but they need to reassess their notification and responsiveness protocols. Horrible customer service.
