My lasik procedure was done in 2006. In 2013 I was diagnosed with cataracts and I asked for my lasik records to be sent to the physician that would be handling my cataract surgery. It was ridiculously difficult to get my records sent. Also, I had informed Dr. Moore of a specific allergy that I had, and for my pre-op eye drops he prescribed drops that I am allergic to. The practice just seems unorganized. If you go to Appalachian Eyes that you get a copy of your records.
