Dr. David Beecher

I was so happy when I called Dr. Beecher's office and ably to be seen in the same week. After trying for weeks plus to get in a doctors office I was happy to get in there. Walked out of my house to leave and locked my keys in the house. Landlord couldn't find their key and my husband had to run down here. I called their office and they were completely accommodating and I was seen. It was a very good experience and definitely glad to see him. Thank you Dr. Beecher and staff

I went back with George (I hope that was spelled correctly). He was very professional, kind and explained things well. He really made the visit top notch. When I saw Dr. Beecher he reviewed my appointment information thoroughly and explained my options. He was knowledgeable, polite and professional. The staff who checked me out were also very nice to work with. I would recommend and will definitely return.

Worst eye doctor ever!!! I had to find a new doctor in December after Advanced Eyecare had switched insurances and didn't accept mine anymore. He is very rude along with some of the staff. First off, the doctor gave me the wrong prescription so I had to return back for every fraction appointment around Valentine's Day. Instead of Dr. Beecher checking my vision once again, he just listened to what I said and wrote down the prescription out as I told him which was correct. To make sure he knew what my prescription should be I brought in my old prescription. Also, he blamed me for miscommunication. That being said, this was my very first "refraction" appointment I'd ever had to go to. He was so rude I was explaining how Iwas going to need a refund on my contacts and stuff and I guess he was just so stressed out from just walking in the room and trying to log into his computer that he was trying to tell me to be quiet how rude!! I just wanted it over with after that!! When I was there for my very first visit in December, I went ahead and paid the doctor bill upfront and was also asked if I would like to go ahead and pay for my contact lenses, not knowing the prescription was off, I went ahead and said yes and paid the $35.00. So you all know, this girl had no clue what she was doing and acted like $35 was a I had to pay for my contacts lenses!! Haha She sure was wrong! I found out the hard way to after having to send my husband there to go pick up my contacts since we live half hour away and he worked so close. Both times he left there frustrated not understanding why he was unable to pick up his wife's contact lenses. It was ridiculous!! It would've been so nice to have received a phone call from them once they discovered their mistake instead of my husband having to go through that and me still yet having to deal with this! I was dreading going back for my refraction appointment just because I didn't want to come back after having to deal with all of this all because of that one girl's mistake! Today is April 5th, 2023. After the doctor was finished with me with my last appointment around Valentine's Day I asked him to tell the girl upfront to please send me a refund check for my contact lenses I had paid for. I still have not yet received the check. I just now got off the phone with one of the other staff members at the office. So, I called this Monday and left a voicemail at 9 AM when their office was open explaining my situation and I received not one phone call back from them so I took it upon myself to call them back today around 12:30pm. She said the doctor and the girl who I'm not naming are not there this week and all she could do was write a note down. ? This office is the most unprofessional. I will NOT ever be going back there!! Ever!! I will be going elsewhere! Thanks! BAD EYE DOCTOR!! RUDE STAFF!! I guess I'll find out next week if I'll ever get my money refunded back to me!

Has been a great Dr. for both of us. No issues at all. Office staff nice as well. I would recommend.

The staff and doctor were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone needing this service.
