Outstanding Experience all around. Staff was extremely helpful and very nice and welcoming. I received a very thorough eye exam from Dr. Freeman. He is very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend A+++++.

Had my first eye exam here and I cannot say enough great things! Even though short staffed Dr. Freeman took the time to explain everything and he did not rush through the exam. Such a pleasure to meet him and his friendly staff!! And now I can see!!! Thank you so much!

Hands down worst experience with an optometrist we have ever had. From the rude red headed lady to the dr doing everything but getting to the root of the problem. Wife has been on astigmatism contacts for a long time. His equipment suggested it. Instead non astigmatism is ordered. Wife has been unable to see since. Came today for her to get everything situated and had I not said something to the lady (who was not pleasant and rolled her eyes at me) they would have handed her another pair of non astigmatism contacts without even talking to the dr. We still have zero clue what her new prescription is and at this point are going to have to make an appointment with another Dr. I hate giving negative reviews, especially to small businesses, but this is one of those times where it is truly deserved. $107 AFTER insurance completely wasted and am going to have to spend more just to get in with another Dr at this point...stay away.

Fantastic service. Easily the best care and treatment an Eye Doctor has given me. Mr.Freeman is open to conversation and very transparent and goes through all options with you. A clean and nice office aswell!

My one star rating is not a reflection on Dr Freeman. I've been going to him for several years and like him very well. The one star rating, and the reason I'm going to find a new optometrist, is the difficulty of trying to talk to somebody about scheduling an appt for eye exam. Last week I called his office multiple times to schedule an appt. Every day Monday through Friday from 2 to 4 calls each day and nobody ever answered. Saturday called once and no answer. No voice mail ever picked up to leave a msg. By Friday I even called the Walmart Vision Center and asked if Freeman Eye Care was still in business. Called once the following Monday. No answer. Again. I give up. Too many good optometrists in the area that have office staff that will answer the phone and schedule appts for patients. Edit: I appreciate Dr Freeman taking time to respond to my review. Apparently there's been a number of issues beyond his control. Hopefully it will all be resolved soon. However, over the course of 7 business days I made something like 16 to 20 calls to schedule an appointment and none were answered. All calls were before 11am and after 1pm as I hoped to avoid lunch time. Maybe it was the phone system. As I said before, the 1 star review is not reflective of Dr Freeman. He's a good optometrist. Maybe I'll try to call again some day.

He found things I never knew I had and he is very polite and he explains things to you and you can ask all the questions you want and he has the answers! Best eye dr I have ever had !!!!

Doctor Freeman is a very good optometrist. If you have any problems, he is always very helpful and very knowledgeable. Best optometrist I've ever been to. Definitely Recommend.

I've been a patient of Dr. Terry Freeman's for about 20 years. He takes time to talk to me, and he answers all my questions. He is friendly and has a great personality. I would never consider going anywhere else.
