Provision Eye Care

I took my son to Dr. Beecher recently for an eye exam after he broke his glasses and needed a new pair fairly quickly. His friendly staff got him right in and were very accommodating. They weren't in network with our insurance, but because of the expeditious service I was willing to pay out of pocket rather than wait for an appointment elsewhere. He and his staff were so good with my son. I highly recommend his office!

I was a little worried because reviews were not that good but my experience was great. Dr and staff were all great, appointment was on time, quick but thorough, and I got my contacts the the same day since they had them in stock.

Just received a bill from here. The problem being, I paid for the services immediately after my appointment. After calling and speaking with the office manager, she informs me they don't have a record of this transaction. Thank God I used my debit card so that I could pull up the transaction to prove I paid for my exam. If you use this place, highly recommend keeping your receipt or using a debit/credit card or you'll be charged twice for services.

Needed glasses my other pair was broken. Blonde lady says my prescription has expired. That's cool and all if she would've asked to reschedule or something. She acted like I was trying to get a prescription of narcotics. Very unprofessional! And that's just the one the other girl was nice. Just the blonde acted like she didn't have time!

I had a scheduled appointment at this provider and arrived on time and they proceeded to see two walk-ins before me. Needless to say, I continued with my appointment and even purchased contacts. I came back two weeks later and ordered additional contacts and four months later still haven't received. I was even lied to and told they were on back order and when I finally said I either want my contacts or my money they finally stated they weren't previously ordered and now will be here in a week. How ironic they only got the one star because it wouldn't let me post without it.

Went to this place twice. Should have learned my lesson the first time. My son has never worn contacts and was scared to put them in. The dr is very rude. He makes sure you know he doesn't have time to help you. He refused to give us the prescription for contacts even after I paid for it. So whatever we go on about our business. My son decides that he wants to try it again. So we make another appointment. My wife takes him this time and exact same thing happens. Tells her he doesn't have time to teach him how to put them in and take them out. Also tells my son that my wife doesn't have enough money to afford to pay him to drive to our house Everytime he needs to put them in or take them out. And still refuses to give us the prescription . I have worn contacts myself for 16 that's it's not like I need this clown to teach us how to put them in and take them out. Who does this guy think he is.

No should go to this business unless you have no other choice, they are extremely unprofessional and half the front office staff has no clue what they are doing!!! They cant even keep up with their credentials with insurance companies, resulting in ur insurance not being in network and they dont even know it so they still see you and then want to send you to collections. This place is a joke!!!!!

Great staff and very clean and up to date equipment. Only problem is do t worry about making an appointment since they allow walk ins mine was almost an hour past the schedules time. Other than that it's my favorite eye place
