The staff is absolutely amazing! Especially the girls at the front, Cheryl, Lila & Sierra! They're so welcoming & always smiling when you come in. This is by far the best eye doctor & staff I've seen in the area & they also have a great selection with glasses. Nick was so helpful & kind when it came to picking a pair of glasses. He was so patient with me while I tried to decide which pair I wanted! Lol. He is very knowledgeable & great at what he does! 10/10 recommend!! They're the best!
Best eye care in all of West Virginia. The staff are knowledgeable and provide exceptional customer service. They remembered us after not seeing us for a year. They take their work seriously - but also have the greatest sense of humor. Besides seeing Dr. Bellamy, we've had the pleasure of working with Deena, Cheryl, Sierra, and Lila.
The staff at Ramsey EyeCare were absolutely amazing! My 17 year old daughter forgot her contacts at home in Michigan and we were on our way to Myrtle Beach for vacation when she realized it. They provided her with a 10 day sample supply of her contacts and would not take a penny from us. They were the friendliest most helpful individuals! So refreshing in the world we are living in today. Shout out to Tammy, Hunter and front desk staff. Thank you sooo much.
The actual appointment itself was great, but ordering the glasses was not. I was not informed that without the anti reflective coating in the glasses, that it would look blurry, and I would be unable to see out of the glasses. Yes, I was offered the anti reflective, but I was unaware that without it, the glasses are not wearable. The only option I was given was to take them how they are, or pay $105 to send them back to get the antireflective coating. I now have an unwearable pair of glasses, and no solution to fix them other than spending over $100. They don't work with you to help fix issues, so I would not recommend them.
Today was my first visit with Ramsey Eyecare. It was a top notch experience from start to finish! Cheryl and Lila were so kind and helpful at the front desk for both check in and check out. Dr. Bellamy was phenomenal, very kind, and explained everything thoroughly. I could not recommend them enough.

I had a fantastic experience at Ramsey EyeCare. The staff (Cheryl, Haley) was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist (Dr Gaal) took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt well cared for from start to finish.
Cheryl, Lila, Diane, and Dr. Bellamy were very quick to get me in and checked out. I appreciated their sweet demeanor and customer service, especially for an early morning appointment. The doctor explained everything to me very patiently, which is great since I have a million questions and a lot of anxiety.
While I've never had glasses before, I'm feeling confident that the ones they helped me find will be great. Just waiting for them to come in.
