Purchased glasses two years ago and theyre telling me that i dont get free lenses for life. Very unprofessional. Will not recommend to anyone.

I had a great experience here 2 years ago at my initial appointment, but after calling to schedule an eye exam and being told the doctor was retiring at the end of the month (which is fine), they could not email or send me my records, or even verify what my prescription strength was over the phone to pass onto a new provider. I have no way of picking up the records currently and am not going that far out of my way if there's no appointment to attend to. It would be nice to have something to give my new providers, but I guess I will have to start over from scratch. I have NEVER had an issue obtaining medical records sent over from any other medical facilities, so I am stunned they were not willing to assist me further as an existing patient.

The doctor himself is amazing. I wanted to transfer my prescription there, and few people would do it with my coverage. I did not expect much, but the doctor still reexamined my eyes completely, then gave me a prescription for the contacts I needed due to the pressure I have in my nose. I was very pleased. I would recommend this doctor highly. I only had an eye exam though, so I do not know how other services are.

Wonderful customer service and care. Experienced and thorough exam with minimum down time, very professional. Frames and fitting was flawless. Thank you very much for the best pair of glasses I've ever owned.

I have nothing bad to say about Valley Center For Vision! I was a walk-in needing an eye exam and glasses. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful, the eye Dr. was awesome and when it came time to choose my frames, the staff was so helpful and nice. I highly recommend Valley Center For Vision for your eye care needs

I had an error with my schedule time, but the office was very understanding and quick to get me in to make up for the mistake! They were all super nice and professional. Dr. Seibert was so kind and updated my prescription quickly and accurately. He explained everything about my prescription, and also seemed very interested in getting to know me as a patient as well! You can tell he cares about his work and patients.

Very unprofessional office staff. They told me that they could not charge my insurance without my SS number. I don't feel comfortably giving that number out freely and I've never been required to at a doctors office before so I told them I'll call my insurance to confirm what they've said. My insurance told me that the office could certainly use my member ID or even look up my policy by name! When I asked the office staff about this they said I was correct but that they refused to do so. So not only did they lie when they told me they couldn't use my member ID, they also let me spend 30 minutes on the phone knowing full well they'd refuse regardless of what insurance told me. If this is how they deal with potential patients I can't imagine what it's like to actually get care there. Please avoid this office if you don't want to waste your whole day.

This place just lost 4 patients that have been coming here for years. Last week my children had appointments at 11 o'clock. They didn't even call them back to be seen until a hour and half after their appointment time so it was a little after 2 when we left. Then today my husband and I came in because we got a call last week with a appointment reminder and on my voicemail she said she was calling with reminders for us starting MONDAY at 1:15. So we show up for our appointments and she said your appointments were Friday and we will have to take 1 of you as a walk in then take the next appointment before we can take the other one of you and I said well on my voicemail you left you said our appointments were Monday and I even let her listen to the voicemail and she said well your right but told me I would still have to wait until the next appointment was seen. This was not my fault or my mistake !!!!!
