Walmart Vision & Glasses

Called the store more than once it's unacceptable. How the staff can't do their job.

Called and made an appointment at Walmart here in the lovely Huntington, West Virginia, the young lady says 1:15 pm. I repeat 1:15 PM. She says yes I'll say OK I'll see you then. Arrive 15 minutes early just to be told that they don't open until two because they're gone from lunch at the present time that I must've misunderstood. Once I got to the back to visit with the doctor, there is another lady you have to deal with and fill out paperwork. You also are required to give her an ID I'll give her an ID which was a TWIC card. Went ahead, visited with the doctor, who was absolutely wonderful, and had a decent departure, This morning, I go to pull my card out of my wallet and find out that I don't have it with me and the only place I had it out was there at our friendly Huntington West Virginia Walmart. So I drove back this morning asked to check to see if I had left my ID, and without even looking, they said no. The girl at the front desk just tried to shut you up before you even started asking her a question. So I got a little firmer and told her I would wait patiently until she had time to look further to make sure. Both the blonde woman in the front, where all the frames are at, and the lady who sits at the desk as the greater as you walk into the eye doctor, need new careers. So a big shout out the Walmart vision center. Thank you for screwing the next two weeks up Because I can't work without the card. Best damn well believe you'll never get a reference for me.!!!! I'm going public everywhere I can.

Scheduled an appointment weeks to a month ago & just now get a call saying they need to reschedule & cannot fit me in for another month almost! I was really looking forward to this appointment, I haven't been able to see an eye doc in years(have had to have laser surgery before)! You would think they would fit me in sooner considering this is their screw up!!! I will stick to the one reliable place I go to for all my other needs when it comes to doctors. Matter fact I thought about there after made this appt but just decided to keep . Wth is going on, people just don't care anymore about the people paying their bills?! I just had similar happen with dentist. Really, really unhappy!

This place said they called me and told me my prescription was available for pickup on or before the date In which was prior to my prescription being void and they did not and I caught the woman up in a lie bc she said she left a message on a phone that was unable to leave a message so of course I had to get another prescription from my eye Dr and that cost me 200$ over this places mistake. Use 1800 Contacts they are way better.

Broke my frames and everybody was closed. Went to the Walmart at Barboursville Mall. They found a frame that worked at a good price. Most of all I received great and very friendly service. Thanks Walmart.

Was told to switch my insurance from unicare to Anta and it would pay for the glasses got there with new insurance and was told they didn't expect that insurance and I'd have to pay 200.00 for my glasses

Can't believe that Walmart eye care doesn't except Medicaid for Glasses for adults only children

Excellent service, worked with me very well. Extremely nice and helpful. Would highly recommend!!!
