West Virginia Rural Eye Care: Huntington Internal Medicine Group

I normally do not give negative reviews but I have to make an exception with HIMG optical. I broke the hinge on my glasses and took them in on 7/9/21 to be replaced under my warranty. I was told the frames were on back order or for 15 days. After some lengthy time I had not heard from them. I called to get status updates on my glasses and each time was told a different story about why they weren't ready. I was told the frames come from one company and the lenses from another. Someone kept measuring wrong because the lenses would not fit in the frames or the lenses were the wrong prescription or they lost one of my lenses. Then they stopped returning my calls. I had to contact the Attorney General's office to get help. I picked my lenses up today 8/10/21 and the frames are bigger than my original frames plus there is a scratch on the top of the right lens! After all the problems they still did not get it right nor did they check my glasses when they finally came in! Please think long and hard before you get glasses at HIMG optical. The customer service is horrible and the company they send their glasses to does shoddy workmanship.
