Absolutely THE BEST eye-care I have EVER received! The optician was extremely helpful and friendly and even helped entertain my youngest child while I was getting my exam! The entire office is spotless and one of the CLEANEST establishments I have ever been in. If you're looking for great, affordable eye-care, this would be the place that I would recommend. Dr. Long is tremendously helpful and willing to answer any and all questions that you may have. The level of comfort you feel upon just entering the building, alone, is enough to put your mind at ease. If I could give this office 10 stars, I absolutely would!

Called for an appointment and the receptionist that answered was very rude and said "we have been sort of busy" I proceeded to say that I am a patient and should not be talked to that way and was hung up on, very poor and unprofessional customer service. I will be finding another doctor.

Excellent experience from beginning to end.The staff was helpful and professional. The examination rooms and equipment were state-of-the-art and Dr Long extremely patient, knowledgeable, and invested in my care. Additionally, she indicated that she deliberately wears the kinds of glasses and contacts that she recommends so she can relate to what the patient sees and experiences. Well done. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Long is very friendly & personable. She did thorough exam and took time to explain issues that were of concern and a treatment plan. The newest technology that is used made me confident that I was receiving the best updated care in the area. Office staff is very professional and the atmosphere is calming. I was able to order affordable glasses after my exam with a approximate week to receive. They accept VSP and most medical insurance if needed. HIGHLY recommend Dr Long.

Dr. Long goes the extra mile in taking care of her patients. I can't say enough good things! I've always struggled with contacts but since seeing her, making proper adjustments to my prescription as well as the type of contact that I wear; I now see better than ever in contacts! So thankful for her care and attention!

I had an eye exam from Dr. Savanah Brunt Long at Long View Eye Center in Lewisburg, West Virginia. I was experiencing dry itchy painful eyes over long period time and I was worried about allergy and/or pathology. Immediately upon entering Long View Eye Center I was impressed by the clean modern appearance of the office. Parking was easy. The staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive. Dr. Savannah Brunt Long was compassionate, took her time in examination and provided ample time in explaining diagnosis. The imaging technology in her office was impressive. The new technologies meant I did not need to have my eyes dilated and I did not have air puffs in my eyes! I bought two pairs of glasses, transition lenses and contacts from her office. The office worked with insurance company. They custom fit the glasses to my face. The optical eye glass shop had a wide variety of stylish frames. The optical shop and optician were great! Obviously I was impressed with Dr. Long at Long View Eye Center. Highly recommend this Optometrist. It's nice to see a high end optical technology in West Virginia and Lewisburg! Glad to see a doctor with experience and education in a big city come back home!

AMAZING! I am so thankful Dr Long stepped away from Greenbrier Physicians and opened her own practice. Her entire team is AMAZING! They truly care about their patients needs and concerns!
