I'm gonna recommend either retraining the customer service team, or put someone else on the phones. Whoever I spoke to seemed generally confused, and pretty uninterested in taking my call to set up an appointment. Maybe she was having a bad morning; but it was so concerning that I almost hung up and called another clinic. Granted I've had mostly bad experiences with the american medical system so maybe I'm looking for problems where there are none; but when I'm giving you my SSN over the phone I'd rather the person on the other end be a little more professional and organized. I am mildly concerned I just gave my SSN to a random person... Edit: after going to my appointment I changed this to a 1. Everytime. Every. Time. I go to the doctor I am reminded why I don't go to the doctor. I live an hour from Morgantown so I tried to pair some appointments together, I thought a 2+ hour gap would have been enough time but I was wrong. My appointment was at 9:50 (I showed up at 9:40 on the dot) and the doctor strolled in at around 10:50 after talking to a patient in the next room for nearly 20 minutes. I told him I had to leave in 10 minutes for my next appointment (in fairness I will [begrudgingly] admit he did offer to let me come back but I live an hour away and you're already an hour late so I figured there was no way they'd have time later in the day and at that point I just wanted to leave). He looked in my eyes for at most 30 seconds, handed me some eye drops and said I had dry eyes. (I thought I had a fungal infection). At MOST he spent 5 minutes with me, but it was probably closer to 2, and those 2 minutes cost me 60$ out of pocket. If I'd known I could make $1,800/hour as an eye doctor I would've taken out any number of student loans. What. A. Joke. Next time I'll just google my symptoms. Thanks for nothing.

Had a great experience with Regional Eye, Caleb the technician provided excellent care and Dr. DiGiovine did a great job with my surgery and answering all of my followup questions and kept in contact with me throughout my recovery.

I was very satisfied with my experience everyone treated me with kindness during my examination for diabetes. This was the first time I had an appointment with Dr. Early, I found him very friendly and thorough. I hope to continue seeing him for any future appointments.

This was my first time being seen here and everyone was so kind. The doctor was caring and he took the time to explain to me about my condition and asked if I had questions. I felt comfortable being there. This is a busy place and I feel that they treat everyone as equally important

So thankful for this thoughtful team of professionals. Taking my 91 year old mother for an eye exam felt complicated by her hearing loss and some memory issues. The time, patience, and care given to her was exceptional. Tonya, our Technician at Regional Eye Associates, offered genuine kindness, extreme compassion, a great sense of humor, and beyond excellent service to my mother. Tonya made what could have been a stressful experience into a truly wonderful time! Thank you to the whole team. Thanks to Tonya who blessed us beyond expectations! Highly recommend.

Everything was good and Dr Earley was amazing. It is rare to find an intelligent doc who is also personable has a sense of humor non-defensive Listens and is open to new ideas. Doctor ear is the best ophthalmologist I've ever had and I've had quite a few.

Dr. Miller and the staff were wonderful--all were very kind, compassionate and respectful professionals. My wait was minimal and each technician along the way was pleasant and competent. Dr Miller was outstanding, taking the time to explain my condition and possible treatment strategies. I left feeling fully educated and comfortable about my situation. I'm so glad that I was referred to their care!

Everyone has been so wonderful taking care of my needs. I have seizure issue and the nurses are great to help me. Dr Wen is amazing!!! So caring toward me and my care of my seizure problem. You hospital had been the best!
