In the 30+ years I have gone here it is always a good experience, organized and extremely professional. Dr Goellner is really friendly and nice to work with. Autumn is the optician I worked with and she was absolutely the best. Very quick to return phone calls and went above and beyond to make a couple changes to my order after it had been completed.

All nurses were very attentive and put me
at ease by letting me know exactly what was going on with the eye exam. They were actually training a young lady and was sure to let me know that she was shadowing another employee. Very professional! Doctor was also very professional and courteous and explained all important details from my eye exam. They also offered to help and assist me with finding frames but unfortunately most of the frames in this store are simply not in my budget! Other than that I would definitely recommend this place for eye exams.

He took the time to explain my condition and what I could expect in the future for both the potential progression of the issue and the schedule for monitoring the issue. Spectrum Optical was recommended to me by several friends and I'm very happy to report, my friends didn't lead me astray. From start to finish the entire process from check-in to check-out was great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me and I felt very comfortable with the paperwork and the examination. Dr. Hamric was terrific and really was patient with me as she determined my current vision status and condition. I couldn't have expected any better appointment than what I had today. I also received tremendous assistance with getting a new set of glasses. Having such great customer service on top of tier 1 medical is really rare today. I suggest you check them out at Spectrum Optical is you're in need of getting your eye issues checked.
