We have actually recently left their clinic as patients. They have put someone's care in jeopardy. They told a patient to see a neurologist and have forced them to go to a different pharmacy for much needed medication over their comfort level and not caring that the patient has seizures. They have been neglecting a patient with seizures for over a month over a comfort level so we have decided to take our health care elsewhere. The patient they are neglecting is a pregnant young lady who has been having seizures. They put their own comfort ahead of what is right for the patient. Their first rule of medicine is do no harm and they have caused a lot of harm. So we have left to find better health care. They truly don't care about the research that specialists do. They tell you to see the specialist just to contradict what is said by the specialist because of their own comfort. Not very good providers.

Called for an emergency tooth extraction. Had an appointment today. They squeezed me in. Great. Get there, fill out the paperwork...typically. get in the chair, assistant does an xray. Dentist comes in looks at said tooth. Yes it needs to come out. However that won't happen today. I'm dumbfounded. We don't have time. Wait, what? Doc says this was only a consultation. WHAT!? So yeah. Wasted my time and fuel driving a 1/2 hour for nothing.
Don't bother with them.

I followed my provider to this clinic because I really received excellent care until she changed to this clinic. My messages go to some unknown person that I have never seen or met before and it was specifically sent to the person who has been my provider for years and she apparently does not see! I'm going to have to switch back to my previous clinic due to lack of care by this provider . Sad that this clinic makes its patients feel like just a robot !!

We arrived at 10:00 for my sons dental appointment and the doors were locked. Had to call them to have someone open the door for us. My sons appointment was at 10:15 and they didn't get us in till 10:35. Their excuse is they had an all staff meeting this morning. Nothing was posted at all! So now that's gonna make me about another 30min late for work. Very inconsiderate, maybe think of the patients a little more!

I recently moved to Ashland and visited NorthLakes Community Clinic in Downtown Ashland to establish care.
The facility was able to schedule an appointment with a nurse practitioner quickly. Upon arrival at the facility everyone was very friendly. Also, everything is new and clean.
My only frustration was that nobody at NorthLakes told me that since I was seeing a nurse practitioner in lieu of a primary care physician, my insurance would not longer cover the visit 100%. I requested a doctor appointment and was given a practitioner. Unfortunately, that caused me to have a large bill for the visit. I take some responsibility for not double checking that all providers are covered at NorthLakes, but I wish their staff would have given me a heads up.

Been waiting for the dr to get my sons medical records so I can see if he's UTD on his shots. It's been 3 yrs now and the dr is doing nothing! Not only that but drs don't like doing their jobs! They won't write ESA letters knowing my severe mental health problems! Useless clinic and drs! Can't take my son or myself to see councilor or therapy because they're not seeing anybody and don't take mental health seriously! Blames Covid when we're no longer in a pandemic and don't allow adults to see dentists!! This clinic is awful!! I'm ready to go elsewhere instead!
