Front desk people were odd. Interpreted that as you will. After a two month wait, I was informed I had to wait another month. I could have gone to school to become an optometrist and ground the lenses myself in that time.
Another reviewer stated "only optometrist I've ever been to. Always great."
That review should be disregarded because obviously the kid has nothing to judge against.
I can walk into most Walmarts for better service in about a half hour. This business wouldn't be viable if there was one more optometrist in town.

Front desk staff were very nice and friendly. However, after waiting for over half hour to see the doctor he came in and informed me he wasnt going to be able to do my exam. This was very frusterating. He was not polite and apologetic, he stated someone else made the mistake and was not willing to see me as his patient. He seemed rather arrogant and did not attempt to figure out how it happened or help me. What a waste of my time. Luckily an eye doctor in Hayward saw me for my post op eye exam.
I am very happy not to be a patient at Sateren Eye Care.

Literally go any where else. I've never had such problems getting glasses. Long story short, to make it right after 4 weeks of back and forth that offered to cover the cost of the frames. Then when the day came to pick them up they said they meant they would cover the cost of the lenses, which is a $70 difference. Like I said go any where else. Never again!
