I was from out of town and needed an emergency eye exam. The receptionist was very accommodating and the office was impressive. The assistant was quite talented and did a great job. Dr. Florine was extremely kind and conscientious in his care and explanations, answering all of my questions.

I went in after being referred by the e.r. I sat for over an hr waiting to even be talked too. The staff is about as lazy as they come. They all stand around tell jokes while people are waiting to be seen.
Update: I've been here going on 2 hrs now still have not been seen or even spoken too. This 0lace is the worst.

I have gone here for a long time and recently my experience has been horrible. Treated like an inconvenience at scheduled appointments and then when I needed an emergency pair of contacts I was completely dismissed and was refused service. Not going back.
