Firstly, I have to see the eye doctor every year for my CDL. I brought very important paperwork that has to be filled out. I brought it prior so the doctor could review the requirements that are needed for my exam. They failed on that aspect. He dilated my eyes before doing a field vision test. Which as a result gave me poor results. Secondly they charged me 830 dollars. This place is absurd. I definitely will not be coming here. And poor time management here. Early for my appointment and sat past my appointment. I think you are just a number here.

Vita Park Eye Associates professionalism and expertise is top notch! I highly recommend for routine care as well as problem related eye care. I work in the field and trusted them for my own mother when she had a serious emergency condition come up with one of her eyes. I cannot thank them enough for getting her in promptly and giving her the best care that I could not provide for her at the time.

Brought my mom here to pick out frames. A little kindness and patience with elderly people can go a long way. Unfortunately that is not what we encountered. Soften your abruptness and treat people like people, not just the next thing you need to do. (Waupun location)
