Exceptional customer service. I came in shortly before closing with broken glasses, and she graciously took the time to help me while she was already preparing to leave. She was warm, patient, and genuinely focused on helping rather than rushing me out. The most impressive part was that she never asked if I had purchased my glasses there -- she simply helped because she cared. Experiences like this are why people return.

My whole family always goes to Walmart. Their glasses/frames last a long time. (unless you brake them yourself). I was at a different eye clinic and was looking at frames. I almost pooped my pants when I seen how much they were. Basic frames with some fancy name, were over $399. I couldn't believe it.

Great prices great service very helpful employees. That take the time to help customers. With everything you may need very honest opinions. And very nice eye doctor. I had another excellent eye exam with Doctor Vinnisant March 2021. And was able to find a pair of frames I love.

If I could give a zero, I would. The eye doctor gaslight me my whole appointment. Wouldn't listen to me or my concerns. Did the bare minimum for an exam, if you'd consider it an exam. Gave me contacts after telling me I didn't need them. Waisted my once a year eye exam, just to need to go get a "second opinion" (aka: an actual exam). I'd save yourself money and go to someone that takes their job, your eye health and your money serious enough to do their job.

Walmart Optical in Beaver Dam is actually top notch. June 2023 I got an eye exam with Dr. Phillips. He really knows his stuff if I can just be quiet and listen . We talked about Lutein 20mg and Zeaxanthin 4mg supplements, and how to spot a high quality fish oil. Erin went above and beyond for me, and Kimberly was great too. I'll definitely return.
