The staff did a great job!!! But we miss having a doctor in office. Talking to a doctor for a couple minutes on screen isn't the same as in person. It's the difference between being at the beach or seeing a video of the beach.

While telemedicine may have appropriate application for this setting, I felt there were too many technical problems. Far more time was spent trouble shooting technology than assessing and discussing my vision. I like the in store staff, but have doubts about the quality of encounter with provider.

First eye exam in 18 years. A lot wasn't explained to me. Especially the pressure exam not expecting air being blasted at my eye. Didn't appreciate not getting a warning. I didn't realize the doctor wasn't there and it was a zoom call. I had no idea what was going on and I could barely hear what she was saying.
