The ladies in the store were so helpful. I have had previos bad experiences at other Vision works, but the ladies at the EC store were so attentive and supportive of me as I was trying not to freak out due to the vision test. They helped me with figuring out my insurance to help me look cute with my glasses. The eye doctor was so helpful. They made me laugh and joked with me. I'll be back this Thursday to get old glasses repaired.

Bailey and Brett were welcoming and made me feel like they were old friends.... no pressure-filled Sales tactics, and everything was explained in a way that I understood and was comfortable with; coming from an Autistic person who hasn't been to the eye doctor in over 30 years, that is saying a whole lot! I have left offices in tears because the communication was just too difficult.... My experience with Bailey and Dr Brett (and the other two staff members as well - they let me take 5 lifesavers from the candy bowl ) - it was the opposite - I will absolutely hang and gab with the staff when go back to pick out my glasses... I was in a hurry on the day of my exam - no time for selecting glasses - and Bailey got me out with minutes to spare
