My first experience here was fine. The eye doctor was nice, but I had to wait FOREVER even though I had an appointment.
My second experience was absolutely terrible. Went in with my husband to try and buy a pair of glasses and the front desk staff was extremely rude. While trying to understand all of our options and pricing, the sales lady turned to my husband and told him to let me make my own decisions. (it didn't help that they were trying to sell us the most expensive options) We were at the time debating price differences and what we could afford as a family. We were so applaud that we immediately walked out. Even though I liked the eye doctor, I will absolutely NOT be back. For anyone who is debating going here, I would suggest going to Wisconsin Vision just a couple minutes away. Our experience there was worlds better! We felt like there were actually trying to find what worked best for us, and not up-sell.

Thank you for taking exceptional care of me. Because of insurance I checked out some of the other options in town and although I may have been able to save a little $, I don't think it would have been much and certainly would not have overcome the inconvenience.
The other options were in my "network" but they couldn't see me for an exam for at least a week (or more). LensCrafters got me in the same day and with their current special I was able to get two pairs of glasses for a reasonable value.
Very friendly and helpful throughout and I would like to give a particular shout out to Jane for her Great Service!

The staff is always so friendly and inviting! I love how your glasses can be ready the same day you order them, might be on the more pricey side for some people but you pay for the quality of the glasses and lenses. They always have new cute style. I've been going here for years, I have been to other places and it's just not the same, 5/5 would recommend to anyone!

Pricey and has hidden costs. I got a pair of glasses that were fitted incorrectly and whoever made the lenses did a bad job. I got a crack in one of the lenses within a week of owning them and took good care of the glasses so it should not have happened. Had to pay 25 dollars to fix a mistake they made. Also, when I was getting my eyes checked, one of the machines was broken no they said they would call me back to continue that part of the exam, but never did even though I payed for everything!

I was never a fan of Lens Crafters but after these guys juggled their schedule to get me in while traveling I will be giving them all of my business. This is without mentioning the tech upgrades they implemented as a pilot program. This was a great experience, so much so I actually wrote a review for an eye exam.

They removed my initial post staying how horribly i was treated here! This place is wretched! Worthless! Wouldnt go thereever again!! Negative 100 star rating if possible. Staff have the personality of an uncivilized feral 2 year old.
