Shopko Optical

The staff in the outer area was friendly, but the optimetrist who saw me was rude. He didn't introduce himself to me and barely spoke to me at all. I didn't feel that he adequately understood my concerns or that he was even listening to them. I'm sure he sees a ton of people every day (I felt like I was on a conveyor belt from the second I entered the store) but being a little bit personable goes a long way. I left without buying any glasses and I doubt I'll return to this location.

August was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They made our experience of ordering glasses fun and easy. I've never had such a great experience ordering glasses. The Dr was also very knowledgeable and shared information with me about the health of my eyes, that I had never been offered before.

Hannah for two years in a row has been so so great. Really a positive beam of light and deserves a huge raise. Always double checks you are comfortable at all times, proactive when it comes to everything and super helpful. Thanks for all you do Hannah!

I received great Customer service from Bob, I went in because I lost one of my Nose patches on my Sunglasses, which I did not purchase by them, was not sure if they could replace them, but Bob said he had a pair and replaced them without any cost to me! Thank you, Bob! for the outstanding Customer Service!!!

Always great service at Shopko optical in FDL by Festival. August is my favorite optician but all the staff is amazing.

I came in to have nose pad fixed. They took people that came in after me. I stood here for 15min. Then employee just came to work had to punch in. He took 3-5 minutes on his computer punching in. Very unprofessional to take people who came in after me.

I have gone to shopko optical a couple times now throughout the years, and I truly think they do an amazing job! The customer service you receive in the shop is phenomenal. I had the pleasure of working with Hannah yesterday, and she was extremely knowledgeable, and SO INCREDIBLY KIND. When I got out of my appointment with the doctor, there was only 2 girls working, and about 5 people and 3 children who entered, requesting to be helped. She apologized to everyone for being a little short staffed, and the two workers worked endlessly to help everyone that came in. I was truly blown away by how nice Hannah was, even though she was EXTREMELY busy. You could tell she is a kind hearted person, and her interactions with everyone (even the screaming children) was superb. She also thanked me numerous times for being so patient, as she did with everyone who was waiting. I truly appreciate the kindness and prompt service I received. I also commend the doctor. Since my last service the notes were a bit confusing to him, he made sure to do a very thorough eye exam, and ended up coming to the same conclusion as the last optician I saw. I truly think Shopko Optical is a great place to go
