Would love to give a negative review.
Lesley, the manager, is rude and discussed me with another co-worker in the back, which she admitted. Then he was rude.
I felt so uncomfortable I had to leave.
My glasses are 500 to 600 dollars and will not keep them if I can't see out of glasses or don't like them after my lenses are in.
Yes, I have returned glasses in the past which apparently Lesley did not like. Then why does Walmart have such a policy?
I will never be treated like that in a store which I spend at least $500 a year.

Recently went here to get my first glasses ever. Wasn't happy about it, but Laurie made it so easy. Not only was she nice and helpful but her suggestions were above and beyond. 1 week after picking up my glasses she even called to see how i was liking them and if i needed any adjustments. Well a few weeks later i had to take the glasses in to get adjusted (my own fault) and not only did she adjust them perfectly but no charge either. Thank you so much for making it an easy experience and great customer service.

I love the Dr. here. I moved out of state, but I still come back when I visit my parents. I have gone to other places near me for prescriptions, and I ended up with contacts that gave me headaches and I couldn't focus at the computer. I made them change my prescription back to what I had with Dr. Dan. After that I have always gone back to FdL and haven't had any other problems.

The doctor is great. But even though I dislike the word, I agree the staff I had when I called to get my PD number was rude. I dont think she liked the fact that I was going to order sunglasses on-line instead of paying their price. She wouldn't give me my PD number over the phone when I provided her with my name and birthday and couldve provided all of the other numbers for her but she wouldn't have it. Instead I have to drive there to sign a release form for my one needed number. (Yes, I can use a mirror and measure myself but this would be more accurate). I could easily have anyone say they're me and walk in to get the numbers. False sense of security in this county strikes again. Besides, who wants to steal my prescription info.... and why?

Went to optical department last night, 8/ 19, have the best glasses ever that was purchased 7 years ago there, sat with Leslie, by garsh, she found the exact frames from 7 years ago, bought them. The price was alot lower than I thought, anyway, another happy customer and enjoyed the staff.

Terrible customer service. Their Doctor retired and they make that the customers problem and won't honor assistance from appointments with That previous doctor and now they don't have a doctor on staff so they can't even take your money (again) to get you a new prescription. Terrible business model leaving customers in a lurch....

Upset that I had to give them one star. Sandra been there over 25 years and can't operate the computer to find out my insurance benefits. She shouldn't be allowed to work alone if she can't do the job fully. Wish I could go some place else.
