Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Kristy helped me and ordered my contacts. She was so helpful with answering any questions I had about glasses and contacts. I highly recommend them for your eye care needs.

Elizabeth, Liz, Tricia, and Kristi were all very helpful during my appointment! Always friendly and there to offer help when picking new glasses frames.

Liz was amazing! She was very patient, friendly, and at the same time very professional. Dr. Meyer was very knowledgeable and helped me thoroughly understand what was going on with my eyesight and my prescription needs. Very pleased and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a highly positive eye care experience!

Edit 2: Rocky start, but the folks here completely changed my mind with their service. They restored a bit of faith that customer service is NOT dead. Kudos to the entire team here for a good experience! Edit: This serves as an update to my original review (below). After I left the original review, I was contacted by Kelly, the general manager for this location. Kelly took the time to get to the bottom of the problem, explain it to me, and set me up with a new appointment, and in my opinion, did everything she could to rectify the situation. Updating to three stars at this point, pending outcome of the appointment. Should the appointment go as planned, I will provide another update, but the customer service provided by Kelly is a largely lost art that I truly appreciate as a customer. Original: I recently attempted to get an eye exam at this location after searching locations that took my insurance directly from my insurance website. This location was listed as a "full service" location, but when I got there, they informed me my plan didn't cover a basic exam (the reason for my visit). A call to my insurance provider confirmed that they are listed as a "full service" provider, I was absolutely covered, and that there must be some error in their system. The person "helping" me flat out refused to look into the matter further. After reading the reviews, I'm beyond disappointed at how poor my experience was, but there are so many vision providers out there, my recommendation is to skip this one.
