I had the most amazing associate named Wendy help me and my son pick out glasses. She was knowledgeable, professional and above all truly cared and made sure we were happy with our choices. She went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Thank you for having such great employees working for you. I will only purchase glasses from Shopko in the future. So happy I was treated like family!

This was my first time here and I was helped by Marcus! They saw to it that I was kept comfortable and informed before and after my eye exam, and also given enough time to pick out frames (which I usually find hard to do since I'm so near-sighted). The doctor was extremely professional as well, informative, and gave me advice on contacts as well as glasses lenses.

We were helped by Kevin and Dr. Boente for our eye exam and getting our new glasses, both were very helpful. I was particularly nervous at first for being way overdue but they made it an exciting experience, both were warm, welcoming and kind to us. They were also patient and knowledgeable with our decision making for the glasses that are right for us, we recommend going!

I chose this place based off the good reviews on here and I gotta say I'm pretty disappointed in the Google collective. After admittedly mediocre insurance, the bill was still $733. Over a grand all day, for progressives with transition glasses. Very basic no name frame. Had to have them replaced two weeks in because they're impossible to use. The replacements are barely better. I have to wonder if they know what they're doing. I've worn progressives for the last 12 years. Get new ones every other year at least. Never experienced anything like this. The "in focus" area is so narrow that its impossible to read a menu without moving my head up and down, a lot. There is about 5 degree of head tilt that holds a computer screen in focus. Even then, the "focal window" is so narrow that I can't read the horizontal edge text without turn my head. I've worked with computers for decades, never have I had to hold perfectly still and then turn my head left to right to see the screen edges on a 16" monitor from 2 feet away. They always ask me "have you had progressives before" and look at me like my hair is on fire. Yes, yes I have. Now I'm starting to wonder if you've made progressives before. Dr Boente and most of the staff are nice enough, though guess I'm not really there to make friends... But for some reason they never called me, or emailed me when things were done, except to advertise. So I just pop in when I feel like they should be done, or call to check in. lol. Seriously. First and last time, and have to discourage people I care about from going here now. At least I have very expensive night driving glasses that do work pretty well to eliminate glare. But the other 98% of the time, a month later, I'm going back to my 2 year old progressives that somehow are completely different and cost 20% less with designer frames and one step change in prescription. And no, thank you, I'm not interested in emailing some corporate social media person. I gave them a chance to fix it already.

I've received 2 sets of lenses and frames here, and attempted to change my lenses to a new frame, unsuccessfully. I stopped in, and an associate named Marcus took great care of me, getting my lenses back in my frames, and putting my mind at ease. Thank you Marcus!!! You are greatly appreciated!
