My new glasses broke and I was a long way from home. Stopped into Wisconsin Vision in Grafton, WI and Brieann and Lori put them back together for me so I could see what lane I was driving in on the way home. Brieann and Lori were so helpful and refused to charge me for the help they gave me. These are great folks at Wisconsin Vision, at least in Grafton, and once they put the glasses back on my face I could see how organized and clean their store was. Nice experience.

I originally made an appointment with Lori for an eye exam. I found her to be very patient, kind and helpful. She said she was rather new and she treated me with the utmost respect as I am a senior citizen and disabled.
Jessica helped me with finding glasses and found her to also be very helpful. I wear two hearing aids and it is difficult to hear at times. No problem, Jessica helped me and she did a fine job.
My exam was with Dr. Cynthia Decker-Riddle OD
She found that my right eye had a cataract, and most likely next year I will need surgery to correct this problem. She was very patient and answered all my questions.
After picking out my new glasses, I had the opportunity to meet
Nicholas Pagenkopf, the branch manager. He was very knowledgeable and made certain that my eyeglasses and lenses were sit up properly. He also trains new employees, and it shows.
This was overall a great experience, as the people are very nice and helpful. When you are a disabled and a senior citizen some places can not wait to get you out the door. If you want to be treated with respect, this is the place for you.
