Double posting to make sure Tara gets the recognition she deserves. The eye doctor, pre screen tech and lastly Tara was 10/10. Tara helped me find the lenses and glasses that best fit my job and needs without being pushy. She asked for additional perks/discounts to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. New frames, contacts the whole bundle. Really good experience

I really love this location! It's been close to 12 years and I continue to be wowed by this team. Today's appointment kicked off with Zhee. She is an insurance whiz and was so understanding with this apprehensive patient. I learned so much from her today and really appreciate her easy going way. It's obvious she's passionate about what she does. As always, Dr. Scott Schumacher was amazing. He clearly loves what he does and provides the most thorough explanations. Finally, Anita helped me checkout. Her enthusiasm for the space was contagious. Way to go Len Crafters Greenfield!! We are so fortunate to have this fantastic shop in our neighborhood.

Had a great experience, Anita was so helpful, I struggled to find the right frames and she jumped right in to help and did a fantastic job! Every step of the process was smooth and less stress with her help. I love the amount and variety of frames to choose from and would highly suggest LensCrafters!

I absolutely loved Dr. Schumacher! He was wonderful. Unfortunately the manager at this location and the customer service is the reason for my 1 star. It's difficult to work in patient care understand did it myself for 28 years. So due to this never have felt a review of poor care would I write. Tried to schedule follow up for my new contacts not working well. Was told needed to schedule another eye exam by staff. Explaining contacts aren't working and this should be covered there was no problem solving or follow up. Told again schedule a new eye exam. We can't give you samples and you have to pay over 300 dollars for new contacts. 3 weeks to get a follow up phone call after a new RX was written for single vision to try. Thank you to Dr Schumacher again. Staff did not follow up again. When went to pick it up was told it was not there. Called into the managers office asking what was the problem. Explained I'm just here to pick up my new prescription as the progressive lens did not work. She was sadly so rude and treated me as the patient I did something wrong. Have used lens crafters for 30 years will never go back. Went to a New Eye Dr and was found it was the contact not measured correctly from my first appointment and the progressive causing infections due to eye allergies. Which Dr Schumacher did explain at my initial follow up could happen and another Dr did the initial exam. Unfortunately the staff answering the phone and management would not help me with an appointment follow up that for continued care should have been covered along with contact samples given to try. Struggled with this for 8 months and all needed was a follow up appointment and just being caring of your patients.

Anita helped me today and she is a wonderful human with exceptional customer service. Jen helped Anita with some issues that came up and is equally impressive. What an amazing Duo to have help me!! Thank you guys Love & Light

Andrea was wonderful in helping me in finding both frames for my glasses and sunglasses. She was thorough going over all the additional features that I could add to both my lens. I didn't think I would ever come close to finding anything close to frames that I invisioned I would have found. Andrea was incredibly easy to work with. I really appreciated that she was relatable and understanding of my concerns. I will remember how exceptional her assistant was to me.

My optician Anita was extremely helpful in assisting me with choosing the perfect pair of frames and getting me set up with the right lenses. Rasha was also very helpful in choosing the frames that fit my features! Anita and Rasha took the stress and uncertainty out of picking out the perfect pair! I would highly recommend coming to LensCrafters Greenfield for your eye exam and new pair of glasses.

Dawn adjusted my Ray-Ban aviator frames and did such a wonderful job of balancing the fit. She and her staff operated with such professionalism, dignity, and respect I will definitely be back to try new frames! 5 Stars all around!
