It was my 8 year old second eye experience and let me tell you they made her feel so comfortable and she was so excited this time going to Lens crafter the doctor was amazing with her and explained everything not only to me but to my 8 year old daughter and she was happy she was made part of it. I will definitely recommend it and go back to them. I am looking forward to my appointment for myself. Plus Dr Schumacher is the best and the store was so organized and very clean. Fantastic! I've had issues over the years getting good gas permeable contact lenses as I age, and Dr. Schumacher did a great job! My contacts are so comfortable and I can see better than 20/20 again! He was very informative and taught me a few things about contacts that no one ever mentioned to me before. Eli did a great job of straightening out an insurance/billing issue I had. I am very pleased and will be back.

He's kind professional and takes the time to teach when you have any questions about your exam A+ service every time.
