Everyone at the Loomis Clinic from check in to technicians were so professional, accommodating and personable. Dr. McCanna is awesome! He is so professional and has a wonderful chair side manner. The reason for four stars is the waiting. It was just shy of two hours that my appointment took and the majority of that time was in the waiting room. I will continue to visit because Dr. McCanna is worth waiting for.

Dr Moss is wonderful! He's caring and genuinely loves helping his patients. His entire office staff, the certified technicians, the surgicenter staff and clinical teams are wonderful. Everyone is friendly, caring, excellent at what they do and very professional.

Dr Moss is one of the best eye doctors. He takes the time to answer all your questions, and does a thorough exam. I would recommend him to anyone needing an eye appointment He is very busy so you will have to wait to get in to see him. I would give him and his staff a 10 if I could

Dr. McCanna is an excellent Ophthalmologist.! He listens to his patients and answers questions carefully. His is friendly and very approachable. I told him I could see that he was a very busy man. His response was "Yes. I love my job!" I highly recommend him as a knowledgeable eye doctor!

As one of the first patients of the day, I received prompt, courteous treatment by everyone from those at the front desk to the technician who tested my eyes and to Dr. Mc Canna himself. It's a very clean, well-run practice. I've been going to Ophthalmology Associates for so long, my file is at least four inches thick.

Beginning with scheduling, I was pleased with the phone customer service. That carried over when I walked in and received prompt and friendly greetings as the paperwork was processed, with the administrative person answering my questions about the paperwork and billing with patience. The technician who ran the eye chart tests was also courteous and thorough while maintaining a sense of humor when my eye kept flinching as the machine approached (thank you for your calm demeanor). Lastly, Dr. Moss was also very thorough and friendly all while running tests and explaining technical aspects regarding my eye health. He made the information easy to understand and had an approachable disposition. While appointments were running over schedule, Dr. Moss provided an explanation with an apology (none was needed), but I appreciated that he addressed it out of politeness.

Dr. McCcanna is great. I have had him for a few years now and I am very comfortable with his ability to make someone comfortable while going through the various testing. My condition is complicated by my Type 2 diabetes. I would definately reconnend Dr. McCanna to everyone

Great experience from start to finish. I had both of my eye surgeries with Dr. Rojas as well as my husband. Very efficient and he listens and takes the time to answer your questions.
