The staff at Hayward Family Eye Care was delightful, professional, encouraging and kind. I felt respected and cared for. Hayward may be a small town, and often in the area we find we receive less expertise and scope of care, but not in this office. Thorough is the word that comes to mind. Got me in for an emergency issue I was having and he did a fantastic job checking everything and explaining all and getting me out of pain so I could finally get some sleep. I was right in the next day for a follow-up and agin and 2 week appointment scheduled for another check. Thank you!

Great eye exam. The doctor went over everything he was doing to my eyes. He dilated them to check out the whole eye. As he was doing this he was telling me what he is looking for. The whole staff is very professional and answer any questions about the insurance that I have. This is the second time that I have visited this office. I highly recommend it.
