I called with concerns about my daughter's vision changing and they got her in the soonest they could and put her on a cancellation list as well. When we arrive, they took her right back. Got down to the problem right away. After the visit, they talk to me thoroughly of the concern and explained what Was occurring, And what comes next. Earlier in the week, another child Of minehad a scratch cornea I made a phone call told him what was going on. They saw him for the next day. He was given a drop and felt instant relief. He was given eye drops there and also a prescription. They are easy to work with. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure to work with these clinics.

Tracey Kocemba has taken care of my eyes for so long, I can't remember who did beforehand. I have complete trust in her to do what's best for my eye health. I also feel like I'm visiting friends when I have an appointment at Northview Eye Clinic.

From schedulers to techs to doc. You're treated like family. Doc Seebruck takes his time and explains the process thoroughly and in detail. I like that ! Sadly my eye health is stable so have to wait a whole year to see them again

I brought my 8 year old son in for his first eye appointment. They got us in promptly and the flow through the appointment went without any trouble. They were great talking my son through the tests and very pleasant. The eye doctor explained my son's results to me (and my son) so I could leave without any unanswered concerns or questions. I highly recommend!

After correctly diagnosing and recommending cataract surgery for my right eye, Dr. Tracy Kocemba and her capable, friendly staff arranged an expedited post-operative exam in order to decide if my eyes had stabilized sufficiently to order a new prescription for my glasses. I had been advised pre-surgery that my prescription could change significantly, and this was indeed the case. Post-surgery, my right eye felt like it was "fighting" my left eye for focal clarity. This made it difficult and frustrating to read a book or a distant road sign while driving, so I was most grateful for being offered a post-op visit at the earliest possible date (4 weeks). During my visit, Tracy examined the new lens in my right eye and said everything looked perfect, thanks to the surgical skill of Dr. Kuchinka. She also zeroed in on the correct prescription for my post-operative condition and asked her staff to "put a rush" on having the new right-eye lens prepared and shipped to their clinic in Hayward. I usually have a lot of questions, which Tracy and her staff answered with friendly patience and clarity.
