Since I got my first pair of glasses here, I have never considered any other place. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Any follow up issue is handled in a friendly, professional manner. Very affordable and the quality is great. I have recommended them to many of my friends.

I just had the best experience at Quality Eyeglasses in Hayward! A friend recommended I stop in since I'd been looking for new glasses, and I'm glad I did! I had been looking online for frames, but that was a total crap shoot even with my prescription in hand. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Angie, who was so friendly and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable about frame sizing and styles that would suit my face. I had about a dozen pairs picked out, and she was right there offering helpful, honest insight on each one. Within minutes, we narrowed it down to two pairs I absolutely loved! I wasn't planning on getting two, but when Angie quoted me the price...and told me they'd be ready in an hour, it was too good to pass up! I would've easily spent that on one pair anywhere else. Huge thanks to Angie and JT for the outstanding customer service. It was truly a breath of fresh air walking into a business and having such a great experience!

After hearing about Quality Eyeglass from multiple people I had to check it out and I'm so glad I did! Everyone was very kind and helpful. I left with the most perfect fitting glasses I've ever had. I typically hate wearing glasses but these are amazing so I might just wear them everyday. I will be telling all my friends and family about this place. In addition to the great service, they had a massive selection of frames. It took me awhile to look at them all! I never felt rushed which was also a plus!

Phenomenal Service. Owner let me in when he was closed on a Monday and handled by two pairs of eyeglasses and repaired the ones I had. Have received several pairs here and all employees are very customer service related. I don't recommend going until they are open it was a fluke that he was there but he certainly did help me and it was much appreciated.

I drive an hour each way to get my glasses here but really feel it's worth it. I am always happy with their prices, their quality and their service.

This place is fantastic! I needed a new pair of glasses after buying a too small for me pair elsewhere. I live nearby but had never went in, well shame on me! All the ladies that were there were so helpful. I picked out a new pair (with their assistance) and was pleasantly surprised at the $120 bill, I was even happier when they told me they'd be ready in an hour! I expected a week, days maybe; but an hour...amazing. They've gained a customer for life!
