They are not focused on patient satisfaction but rather on ways to raise billing. In my case, although I made an appointment for my annual eye exam , they billed my main insurance (medical concern visit) instead of my visual insurance adding $330 out of pocket. Dealing with their billing department was a nightmare. I will be looking for a new provider and I would suggest avoiding this place. 1 star for their service and 1 for nurse Lauren, who at least tried to assist.

Seen in June, didn't realize I needed more contacts, when I called to see about getting a prescription for them they said I needed to come in for another appointment, understandable as I was a new patient. The unacceptable part is that I had to wait until December for an appointment and when I came to the appointment they said I would need to have a complete re-exam since I was seen 6 months ago and I would need to pay out of pocket since I already used my benefits for the year. Never would have made the appointment if they told me those details. Never had issues like this at other eye clinics, will not be going back as the wait to see a doctor is too long.

They are at least an hour to 90 mins behind everytime. They don't tell you and their customer service is lacking.

Steer clear for an eye exam. Charges $177 for an eye exam with a glasses prescription which is completely fair but ANOTHER $177 second charge for getting contacts (or a contact fitting) on the same appointment.

I've been coming here for years. Always friendly staff and great service.

Not happy - won't be back. Ill pay out of pocket to not have to go back here...
