I hate leaving bad reviews however this one got me. I made an apt online the apt was at 10:55 am. I used GPS to navigate to the office. Gps failed and took me to shopko. I called the office and had a girl answer the phone, i told her what had happened (this was at 10:55am) she talles me thats fine they have a ten min grace period and after that they would have to reschedule me. I drive to the place and arrive at 11:05..start talking to the girl behing the counter and she tells me because im a min over...mind you we are standing at the counter talking for a min as she looks me up...then she has to reschedule me because its a min over. "I said its just one min", she proceeds to tell me the eye doctor is behind schedule so she would have to reschedule me. MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE! I WOULD HAVE BEEN SITTING WAITITNG ANYWAY!! Its cold, -12deg cars are breaking down all over, the doctor is behind schedule, but one min while standing at a counter is grounds for reschedule. Rediculous!

Do not go here ! I went for a scheduled annual appt and some kid at the front desk who claims he was a manager said nothing we can do for you. I got up extra early and drove across town. They could have called me but no. They play games with glasses purchase. Quoted me a price and I went back next day after comparing with Aurora and I went back to purchase and price increased 10% . They said the special was now over???? I have been going here since this office opened under Dr Thomas who was great. 25 years maybe longer. He retired Jan 1 2026. Don't go here now . Worst eye doctor ever.

I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. At my most recent visit, I was told there would be an additional fee for a service that was never clearly communicated to me in advance. When I questioned the charge, the manager became defensive and dismissive, stating she would "put it in his account to never have imaging taken again." Her tone came across as rude, and when I pointed this out, she repeated that she would not "argue back and forth." The fee was eventually removed, but the interaction left me feeling disrespected as a patient. This was not my first disappointing experience. A previous appointment was canceled just 10 minutes before the scheduled time because I was told the doctor was no longer accepting new patients -- something that should have been communicated much earlier. That said, I do want to acknowledge the positives: the doctor I saw was kind, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I value clear communication, professionalism, and respect in healthcare settings. While I appreciated the care from the doctor and the courtesy of the front desk team, my experiences with management and communication have fallen short. I hope the clinic takes steps to improve both their policies and their approach to patient concerns

Crystal the GM is such a sweetheart it was my first time picking out glasses, I was being picky with the shape and color but she made my experience a 10/10 hands down she actually cares about her job and making sure I was happy with what I wanted and felt comfortable in. Communication/feedback was 10/10 as well she answered all my questions. She knows her stuff!!!!

Dr Brunillo is very attentive to her patients vision. She gives a thorough exam.

Dr. Brunello is a fantastic doctor, who takes the time to educate her patients and give a thorough exam. Similarly, Dr. Thomas is also fantastic and personable! Staff here have been around for a while and provide excellent customer service and care. 10/10

Very impressive helpful advice on the glasses, and also on insurance and reimbursement

5/21/2025- Kenosha The website and door states that they open at 9:00am. With that being said, this was not the case. I got to the office at 9:04 in the morning to pick up my glasses. I go to the door and it was locked. I return to my car to wait- same as the older couple sitting in their car waiting. While I waited I watched 3 different staff members pull onto the parking lot late. I waited until 9:15 to try again. The door was open. I inform the older couple the door is finally open. I get seated and wait for my glasses. The older couple makes into the building. An employee goes to check them in. Tells the patients they are late. Past their "10minute" policy- and turns them away ! for one, this was not the patients fault. This is an employee problem. And this should not have happened, period! I feel this is unacceptable and this never should have happened in the first place.
