Vision works in Pleasant Prairie was a great experience! Many choices for appts, even open on Sunday! I was greeted as soon as I opened the door. Eye doctor was very thorough and explained my changes well. Young man was very nice to work on choosing my glasses. Made eye contact, was on his phone. Great experience!

Very friendly staff. I'm have been happy with my glasses. Reasonable prices. If they have to reorder your glasses cuz you're not happy they do so with no problem. With your 1 year plan, something happens to your lenses they'll replace them also no problem at all at no cost. Overall I'm very happy with Visionworks . (Kenosha, Wisconsin)

No new glasses. Was told on Jan. 3, 2026 I needed to have cataract surgery within the next 6 months and that a referral would be made. Now March 8, 2026 and have not gotten a phone call from the place they sent the referral.

forgot to post this last year, whoops. The star isn't *necessarily* the service, but the lens quality. I cannot go here again, the glare on my 'anti-reflective' lens feels like an astigmatism demo. It's really distracting, and hellishly annoying on the road at night. Lights are almost twice as bright as they were prior. And now of course I'm in a position where i won't be able to afford new glasses for a while. So i'd save yourself from the literal headaches.

This is my go to place for exams and to buy glasses. Dr. Bloomquist is awesome and is the best; been going to her for the past 20 years for Contacts (which needs to be done yearly) & glasses. She is thorough and knows her stuff as well as her patients preferences. The staff in the store is outstanding although there has been quite the turnover in staff overall; the last 5 years Staff and management has been outstanding. From very timely "personable service," helping with glasses, questions or in getting printed prescriptions. Can not say enough great things, simply superior customer service. Thank you Doctor & Staff.
