Dr Puls was fantastic. She identified one small change she could make with my contact lens prescription and it made a huge difference in the clarity in my vision. I've never had such a thorough appointment. Would highly recommend your office, everyone was great from receptionist, to the technician, and consultant who helped me choose new glasses.

The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. They make sure that you are well taken care of there. Any questions you have are answered. Dr. Puls has always been a great eye doctor. She will work with your needs and figure out the best possible solution for you. I've been going there for years now, and will continue going there. Awesome place to go.

Check in was easy, the lady who did my initial eye check was friendly and easy to talk with, the doctor was very knowledgeable and happy to help get me on new meds that may help with HS1. Getting glasses was the least appealing as I had a new technician. She was very nice but even though I told her I wanted guys glasses because they fit my face better she showed me all the options for females and even handed me some to try on. I ended up getting 8 pairs of men's glasses to go back to the desk to try on and make choices on. I always feel listen to the customer first and if that's not working then try something else, not the other way around. Overall I was very satisfied and like I said the technician was very nice just wish she would have listened to me wishes to only try on men's glasses.

I've been going to Family Vision since I was 18, a very long time. I feel like my concerns are heard and addressed and I always leave there happy. I highly recommend the digital imaging instead of eye dilation. Insurance doesn't cover it but totally worth the $39.00.
