Worst experience ever!! I would actually give the a 0. Do not go to this location unless you want to the worst customer service and clear racism thrown in your face. I had an appointment for 3:20pm and arrive early. Waited to check in while the receptionist was checking someone out. I was not greeted by anyone while I was there. I had to let the receptionist know I'm here for an appointment and asked if I could look at some glasses while I waited. She did not come get me after handling the previous customer not did anyone else that was working. There were only 2 other customers already being helped. I went back to check with the receptionist and she said, " Oh yeah, you have an appt right?". I checked in and gave her my insurance information and she was surprised at how much my insurance covered. I waitd to be called for my exam and thee are multiple people who came in and were greeted kindly and were taken care of right away. I waited 30mins and no exam. When walked up to talk to the receptionist and other worker asking when my exam is going to be, they both looked at each other and said they will need to go check. As they replied, a couple walked in and their attention instantly turned to them and greeted them and started assisting them right in front of me. I literally had to say just cancel my appointment, it's clear that no one here wants to help me. I am an Asian women, all the customers were either white or black. No other customer was treated in this disrespectful manner for the time that I was there. I haven't felt this much disrespect in a long time and will never being going back here.

I won't lie; it was a pretty rocky start for me with this business. However, a month or 2 on I can comfortably give the 5-star rating. I've found the staff very helpful... and that's essential IMO. If I were to offer some advice, I would say people should know going in that they are scheduled for a tele-health appointment (if they are). I have nothing against such appointments in principle BUT I think the patient needs to be told. I didn't find my particular tele-health doctor acceptable BUT the 'real' (in-person) doctor is fantastic. I met with him twice. Also, as I understand it - this is a corporate office. I find it SHOCKING that emails sent to AB (the address they list on their site where you should send customer service messages) are not responded to ... even after getting confirmation that the messages had been received. That's ... unconscionable. Better not to waste your time as I did and just go straight to the location. All in all, in the end, I'm glad I chose this location. If at first things don't seem to be going well, future customers should give them a chance to rectify or address any concerns. I bet you'll be happy when all is said and done. Also, I bought Pair Eyewear glasses and find them very fun. Thanks.

Dr.Helmold did a great job, I told her my concerns about my prescription and she zeroed in and figured out it was too strong. She did it quick too. Then in the front Jason took excellent care of me. He knows his products.

I really appreciated the great customer service i received from Jason. He help me pick out glasses and save money. I will definitely recommend because good customer service is hard to find.

Scheduled an eye exam, confirmed insurance provider over the phone. Once I got there receptionist told me they didnt take my insurance even after double checking. Called me afterwards to say they do take my insurance. I spent a lot of money on ubers and took time away from work.

Overall experience was great. The optometrist was polite courteous and listened to my concerns regarding my vision. He gave me a prescription to get new glasses. Had to wait a little bit to get my frames sized for my lenses. I definitely recommend coming here. The staff was friendly courteous and were able to answer all of my questions regarding my glasses and the length of time it would take to get them.

Twice now I've walked in for my appointment and sat there for 10 min without anyone even acknowledging that I was there. I walked out both times and cancelled my appointment. All it takes is eye contact and "we will be right with you" I'm not going back

My grandmother and I had the most amazing experience today. The customer service was incredible, the staff really helped us and showed genuine care for our needs today. I recommend everyone to check out Americas best if you are in need of glasses or contacts. Keep up the excellent work we really appreciate everyone in the office and what they do!
