She always finds beautiful and stylish frames that fit my small face and offers incredible customer service and a selection that is unique to Madison and surrounding areas. I recently moved to the Fitchburg area and was looking for a new optometrist. I've worn glasses my entire life and always hated them, therefore wearing contacts exclusively for the past few decades. My past two pairs of glasses I gave Zenni a try to find something more "fun" but still didn't really land on something I was willing to wear often. I'm at a point in my life where I want to get things EXACTLY right. From my first appointment at Bilanco I can tell how much Lisa cares about her patrons. Even in Covid times, my appointment experience felt very safe and friendly. She helped me pick out a new pair of glasses that are the first ones I'm actually excited to wear in a long time and I could tell she was being real in her comments, not just trying to make a sale. Finally, there was something about the contacts I ordered that just wasn't quite right, and she immediately accommodated bringing me back in so we can get things fixed. I've spent several years now just going the simple route of getting my prescription and then ordering things online, but I've now seen the difference in service and experience that can come in working with a kind and knowledgeable team. Highly recommend!

Lisa has a knack for helping me find great looking glasses. I don't know how she does it. She kind of instantly knows what would look good on me. Over the years, I've gone to so many eye glass stores and no one comes close to her expertise. After purchasing glasses from Bilancio, strangers come up to me and say "I like your glasses". Wow.
