Dr. Heier was as nice and professional as the last time he gave me an eye exam. The technician and reception/sales staff were all very pleasant and efficient. There is an excellent selection of frames to try on and choose, which is usually my favorite part of the appointment, but I did not need a new pair, and there was no pressure on me to buy....which makes it more likely that I will return at a later date to look.

The exam was great, high technology used and precision in the choice of lenses is remarkable. Each staff member has good customer service skills. I dropped on star due to the price of it all. Glasses are a life long health condition and I wish it didnt cost so much to correct vision.

Very friendly and professional. I don't remember her name but the lady who I had the class with for contact lenses was super friendly and encouraging and gave lots of great tips. I was mainly interested in contacts but I will probably return soon to buy glasses as well with my updated prescription.

From the moment I entered your establishment, I was greeted and directed to the appropriate area for my eye exam and pre-exam workup. I do not recall the name of the woman who did the pre-exam workup (my bad). The eye doctor was thorough and reviewed the results of his exam with me. Helen helped me to pick out frames that would fit with my hearing aides.

My whole experience from eye exam to walking out with an order for glasses was a seamless and friendly experience. I didn't even have a hint of feeling like a number. I interacted with everyone one on the staff of professionals and they all treated me with respect. My purchase was explained in detail and explanations to different options. I had a wonderful experience!

Had good exam. Doctor never sent my exam info to my doctor? Plus did not get my new glasses as promised. My old glasses have broken frame so lens won't stay in. They could not fix it. Now I go with one lens till I get new glasses .

Outstanding Optometry Experience for the Whole Family Our recent visit to this optometry office was, hands down, the best experience we've had for our family's eye care. There are so many positive aspects, it's hard to know where to begin--but let's start with scheduling. The process was seamless and user-friendly. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to reschedule, and the office staff went above and beyond to accommodate all five of us--including four children, two of whom have special needs and require extra time and attention. The technician was exceptional--patient, kind, and had a great sense of humor, which made the experience enjoyable for the kids. Dr. Jayson Heier is by far the best optometrist we've encountered. He was incredibly patient and thorough with each of our children, providing detailed examinations and adapting his approach to meet the needs of our non-verbal child, who typically struggles with sitting through appointments. Remarkably, he was able to complete most of the exam without issue. The staff assisting with frame selection were equally helpful, offering a wide range of options in styles, colors, and lenses. Although some of our prescriptions were complex and couldn't be filled immediately, everything was ordered promptly and arrived in a timely manner. We are truly grateful for the care and professionalism shown by everyone at this office. I highly recommend them to any family, especially those with children who may need a little extra support.

I felt very good about the expertise of both the Technician and the Telehealth Optometrist. The exam was thorough and comprehensive.
