Everyone there was so helpful and welcoming! First of all, Chad Parks was so nice and very informative and answered every question I had, second I am super picky when it comes to glasses so thankfully the girl helping me was so patient and helped me find the best pair to fit me! I definitely recommend coming to the west side! Pleasant visit for sure and I can't wait to go back to pick my glasses up soon! :)

I was greeted with a smile upon arrival, the exam was comprehensive, the Dr was engaged and knowledgeable.
The salesperson who fitted my new frames was the nicest young man, focused on providing my services without distraction, and the frame selection was extensive and competitively priced.

The eye exam was fine and thorough. However, the three visit eyeglasses experience was not, as the tech first oked the rayban frames and lenses, then another tech the next day had me pick another frame because my eye area would not fill the first one, Then on the third day they said I couldn't have the ray ban lenses which were the important part because Ray-Ban wouldn't grind lenses high enough for my Rx so I would have to accept Lenscrafters lenses, not what I wanted and cam back three times to get. Not good, but relegated to the Lenscrafters lenses with Ray Ban frames because I am tired of going back and its snowing.And this won't post.

My eye exam experience was excellent. The technicians were very friendly and professional. The doctor was great to interact with. He explained things and was easy to talk with. The exam was thorough.
My experience purchasing glasses was simple, however I left feeling very uncomfortable. The argent was purposefully deceptive when discussing the cost of my glasses. The price he quoted was half what of what the final charge was. It appeared he did this deliberately. In the end I am happy with my choice, but I left feeling like I was being scammed.
