They stand by their 30 day happiness guarantee. The manager and assistant manager do whatever they can to help be sure you are happy with your glasses. The pair I ordered hurt my head and they couldn't be adjusted due to whatever they were made of. I was able to return them and get a different pair that fit great! I went in a few weeks later to order a "fun" pair to wear also. The associate took his time with me and let me swap the lenses in the second pair to the store demo pair which I liked better than the ones they sent. I love them! This was a wonderful experience!! I have been a customer for several years. I tried going somewhere else and oh my it was horrible. I literally couldn't see out of the lenses clearly. I popped over to LensCrafters and the got it right the first time! I have remained a faithful customer since. Thank you for a great experience!!

Shitty service. I walked in and all the representatives were busy, which was fine! I waited there patiently until someone was done and it was obvious I was the only one waiting. Then another white family walked in after me and 2 different workers asked them if the needed help first.
After the one guy finished with the lady he was helping and flirting with talking about college and how much her apartment was he finally came to "greet" me. I asked him a couple questions and he just walked away and disappeared. Such garbage. I know shitty people when I see it. Better off going to Best Buy.

My son stepped on his glasses and did his best to make them wearable. We stopped into LensCrafters to look at new glasses and they offered to take a look at his broken glasses. *****Previous review ***** I wouldn't recommend this place if you didn't purchase your frame from them. I brought in a frame I got from Costco to have lenses fitted, and they did a poor job. The lenses were bulging out and didn't sit properly, making the glasses look unappealing. When I raised the issue, they simply blamed the frame and took no responsibility for the workmanship. Disappointing experience
