Madison optical center was by far the best ophthalmology center I've been to! Not only was I greeted by friendly faces, they also had super cute puppies running around (which added to the experience and atmosphere). After being checked in, I was told to wait and was given a cup of ice water. I've never gotten ice water at an appointment. I didn't have to wait long before they zoomed me back to test the usual eye pressure, looking at the back of my eye etc. I thought it was super cool that they also tested depth perception, peripheral vision and color blindness. The doctor was timely and informative. And after, when I was picking out glasses, they made sure to make it a fun experience helping me choose the best fit for me. I'd choose this place again and again. Not only that it was well priced! They go above and beyond

I love Madison Optical Center. Over the years I have bought glasses from a variety of places. By far, the selection of frames are wonderful. Very stylish and they offer an array of more conservative to wild. Ryan was wonderful to work with. Took as much time as we needed and was insightful about which frames looked great and which frames weren't as flattering on my face. I completely appreciated the input. Owners are superb to work with and are ready to make things right if there is anything that's not working. They are very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the business, from the frames they select, to the lab making the lenses and how to run a business professionally. I will continue to do business with them. Also love their dogs!

My husband and I love these people! Extremely caring. Professional. They actually have the sweetest little ambassadors as well. Small dogs that are always around, amazing! Our dentist also has an office dog! Yes, we own two rescue APBT pups! So, of course, nothing beats this shop!

I have been coming to Madison Optical Center for three years now, I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I have never been disappointed in the experience I've had here. The owner, the employees, and the pups, are all such a wonderful group to have when you're picking out a pair of glasses. I usually have a hard time settling on a style but they worked with me at every step to get me what I wanted AND needed, making sure I have all the accommodations and my insurance covers.
I recommend this place to everyone I know who has glasses! You should come too!

I am very disappointed, I went to this optical center for my new formula, regular glasses and contact lenses the front desk lady never disclosed that once I make my contact lenses test I will be obligated to pay extra $150 for the test and for teaching me to use the lenses (never heard that before) and buy the lenses with them. she was rude when I was trying to understand the process. When I said that I didn't want to buy the lenses in that moment she cut me off and removed the contact lenses formula from my prescription. I ended up with an anxiety attack. Apparently, the business here is to sell their glasses rather than provide a medical service
