Pediatric Eye Care Clinic moved to UW Health University Station Clinic Eye Care Clinic

The doctors there and the helpers there are very professional and if you have any questions about the issue of your child's eyes, they don't hesitate to let you know. We found out 3 years ago that my son was having headaches from his glasses because he was prescribed the wrong prescription. This doctor was very concerned and very knowledgeable on how and why he had the problem with his eyes

It took 10 months to get an appointment! But, once there, the staff has been wonderful. From the friendly receptionist, to the cheerful and experienced techs and doctors they were great to work with. Dr. Douglas Snyder was very thorough explaining what they suspect the problem is, and what the next steps will be in regard to tests and medications. I only hope the tests can be done on a timely basis. The only thing I would give the clinic a ding for was the ridiculously long time I had to wait to get in, and the fact I was then scheduled with a pediatric doctor. It was quickly corrected however, and things went smoothly from there.

Honestly, I'm fairly upset. I took my daughter to this clinic twice. The first time I brought her here, the appointment lasted 3 hours. Most of that time we were left sitting in the room with no contact. They were dilating her pupils, which is fine, but they were supposed to put the last of the drops in 20 minutes after the second dose. 45 minutes later they came back and did the last of the drops. The doctor came in after 2 hours and 45 minutes, looked into my daughter's eyes, and then left the room without telling me what she figured out. Said we were going to do a pressure check. Okay. Fine. Did the check and the nurse said we were free to go. I had to ask the nurse what was going on. Doctor never came back in to talk to me. So she messaged the doctor and then gave me the diagnosis. Never saw the doctor again. So I switched doctors (at the same clinic). I saw the new doctor today. They sent a tech in to do a pressure check. My daughter is 5 months old. He was jerking her head around, she was crying because he wasn't being gentle. He pulled the bow out of her hair because he was being so rough and pushing down on the top of her head. He was physically hurting her. It takes a lot to make her cry, but he succeeded. Then he figured out the machine didn't work so he went to get another one. Finally got the check done. Great, I guess.... Then the doctor came in.... Mind you, this was for an eye appointment. She noticed my daughter was seeing a dermatologist for her Hemangiomas. She then decided (without my consent) that she was going to message our dermatologist to make sure he wasn't missing something. She's not a freaking dermatologist. She's an eye doctor. Our dermatologist is very thorough and I trust him completely. I expressed that I did not want her to do this, but she insisted she needed to. I'm filing a report. I feel like she overstepped her bounds and I'm livid that she did it even after I asked her not to. Needless to say we will not be going back to this place. It's ridiculous that the first doctor couldn't be bothered to tell me what she thought was going on with my daughter, and the second doctor thinks she's a dermatologist, and takes it upon herself to message our dermatologist!!! I'm fed up. I'd rate zero stars if I could. She said he could have missed something that could cause brain damage. Which is not the case. Our dermatologist has done tests. He knows how to do HIS job. Unlike these doctors that can't do their jobs. Avoid this place. Nobody knows what in the world they are doing.

The pediatric team was phenomenal!! We travel quite a distance for them and they were worth it! Logan was amazing with our daughter, and the entire team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and met our daughter at her level.

I went in for a colonoscopy. Everything before the procedure was fine, but during and after were not. The sedation due the procedure did not work. I was wide awake and in pain during the whole procedure. I kept telling them it hurt and they said they couldn't do anything. I was asked if they should stop, but we were already halfway through so I kept going to get it over with. Afterwards I was still having cramping and pain, but they said they could give me anything. When I got home the cramping continued and I called my nurse connect and they sent me to the emergency room. I am frustrated and in pain and I felt like no one listened or cared.

Receptionist when you enter the building had a great personality. She was delightful. The receptionist upstairs at our clinic was very nice and very friendly. Our Ophthalmic Technician, Tony, was very informative, caring and was able to answer our questions. Dr. Bradfield explained everything very well, listened to my Dad, and was very caring also. Great clinic.

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly people. Service is excellent which makes the whole visit enjoyable. Outstanding performance of duty with top communicating skills. One of the best medical experiances I have ever had and I have had large amounts of those.

Took my daughter today. Waited 40 min beyond appointment time. Watched others arrive and leave. The receptionist told me they'd be coming out to get us as our appointment was listed as "in progress". That was a total lie as we waited several minutes beyond this time too. Frustrated.
