Aya was so helpful and pleasant, even though i came in 3 minutes before store closing with my frames in one hand and one of the lens in the other. She wasn't annoyed that it was so close to closing (i had to leave in the morning and had no other choice but to race in) and had my lens replaced and new screws put it. Better than new in 2 minutes.

Had an eye exam and got contacts and glasses! I went in and stated my budget and exactly what my goal was and she (unfortunately forgot her name but i believe she was a manager she had glasses ) got me exactly what I needed. Was there less than an hour. My glasses also were going to have to be shipped in but she still looked to see if they had my frame after I had left and my glasses ended up being done the same day overall excellent experience!

This place is awful! I didn't have insurance at the time. After everything was said and done, I paid over $600. For contracts and 1 pair of glasses. I CAN'T SEE OUT OF EITHER! Both prescriptions are so out of range it's scary! And now, less than a year later, my glasses arm breaks off, just putting them on. I suggest not EVER going to this place! The staff is not great as well. Not helpful, friendly, or nice.

I've visited this Stanton Optical several times which has definitely solidified what I like and don't like.
LIKES: I love the eye exam ala video chat. I always found it weird when an Optometrist would be going through "Option 1 or 2," all up in my face breathing on me. I like their use of technology. From using a tablet to fill out patient information to the eye exam itself. Love it! Also, for the most part, Stanton has decent prices for glasses but they have increased quite a bit over the past few years. Inflation, am I right?
DISLIKES: Stanton's space is kinda meh. It's dim and doesn't always feel inviting. The wait time for new glasses and lenses has also gotten longer. My last order took two weeks to come back - I don't remember waiting that long in the past. Lastly, the Stanton employees are very friendly but there are very few. I think they operate on a skeleton crew. It makes me feel for the employees.
