Target Optical

I really enjoy coming to Target Optical to get lenses put into my own frames! I bring in frames I've purchased elsewhere, and they always do an amazing job fitting the lenses perfectly. The staff is always super friendly, helpful, and professional. I come here all the time because I know I'll get great service and quality every single visit. Highly recommend!

Saba at Target Optical truly went above and beyond! The word 'grateful' barely scratches the surface of how thankful I am for her compassionate customer service. It's like art - the way she wove care and attention into every detail. I'm absolutely obsessed with my new glasses, and it's all thanks to their exceptional service. Saba's the real MVP!

The staff at Target Optical are wonderful! I ask ALOT of questions! The staff is patient, thoughtful, kind and EXTREMELY helpful! The only thing I would caution on is the Ray Ban contact deal (which is an awesome deal!). I found that particular contact brand difficult to wear and very drying in my eyes. I bought a year supply before realizing this issue with me. My suggestion is to buy less of that brand initially or ask the staff questions about Ray Ban contacts for feedback before fully committing based solely on getting a good deal!

I have been a returning patient for several years and have always had a great experience with the staff here. However, my recent annual eye exam (the week of November 10th) was disappointing and concerning. The very next day, I developed a puffy eyelid in one eye and a stye in the other. I always take great care to wash my hands before touching my eyes, especially in a clinic environment--so the immediate development of an infection strongly suggests a serious sanitation issue. My concerns were reinforced by the environment: the waiting area was very crowded, and the diagnostic machines in that public space appeared noticeably less well-maintained compared to the equipment inside the doctor's exam room. I attempted to contact the office multiple times after my appointment to report the resulting eye issues and sanitation concerns, but the phone was never answered. So I attempted to report the issues online but that proved complicated and unsuccessful. Because of the avoidable eye discomfort I am now enduring, I regret returning to this Target Optical location and would not recommend it to others. I feel gross and uncomfortable with the entire experience.

Saba was especially helpful in making my experience smooth and pleasant. She was instrumental in selecting frames that best suited me. Between the exam and time with the Dr, I was happy with my choice to make Target Optical my new eye "place".
