Long lines and wait times, takes many months to get an appt. Lost an arm to my glasses, brought them in to have the fixed, they never fitted them or anything just reattached the arm but in the process made them far too tight to wear for even a moment, brought them back in to be adjusted, after 2 attempts was told they "just can't be adjusted how you want" and they are now even tighter, pretty much ruined a $200 pair of glasses and then couldn't even schedule me an exam so that I could get a new pair. Thanks a lot traveled 2 hours to get my glasses ruined.
