Dr. Martin (eye clinic) was great! She took the time to explain the information about my eyes. I did not feel rushed at all.

Always treated great here. Had eye appointment with Dr. Conlin & flu shot in the pharmacy & everything went smoothly!

Dr. Evan Warner is very thorough. He listened carefully to my concerns. The facility had state- of- the- art equipment for my evaluation.

Very complete and professional. My only complaint would be that I had to wait so long to get an appointment.

I had a really nice appointment from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist guided me to where I needed to be and then I met with a few people, nurses, Makayla and Diane , and then the optometrist Kallie. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and were very informative of the entire process and what to expect. They helped me with aftercare and I was very happy with the entire experience. I appreciate you UW. Thank you for all of your help and your staff has been wonderful!

The 3rd floor eye clinic is one of the busiest I've ever been to. Only one receptionist and she was so busy that we didn't even have to let her know we were there, as they came and got us for the appointment while we were waiting in line. Then it was a VERY long wait in the room after the orthoptist took eye measurements. The appointment was for my Dad and he cannot sit for long periods of time (greater than a half an hour) so I therefore had to have the MA recline the chair he was in and get him a pillow so he could lay back. It was another 15 minute wait after that. His doctor is great though. My biggest complaint is the men's "handicapped" bathroom on 2nd floor. It has a normal door that a person in a wheelchair CANNOT open. I had to open the door and push the wheelchair into the bathroom which was very difficult and awkward to try to do. Then I had to position the wheelchair in the stall for him, and wait in there with him so I could help him navigate the chair out of the stall. The soap dispenser was not accessible for him even though the wheelchair fit partially under the sink. Ugh...

I highly recommend this place. The staff were very attentive and kind. Very thorough and explained everything we needed to do and what to expect. Thank you for the wonderful care.

I cannot say how wonderful the staff and Dr Warner are at this UW Eye Center. I am very pleased with my eye surgery, with the outcome and with the care that I have received.
